WhatsApp belongs to Meta, and Meta charges for business messages. Who covers that cost depends on the plan.

For Atención Pack: Your monthly fee includes WhatsApp usage. If your usage goes beyond the range planned for your plan, we pause the agent and let you know.

For guided proposals: we agree on it in the proposal, together with the scope. Ad spend, if any, you pay directly to the ads platform.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a setup fee?

Atención Pack, when you set it up yourself, has no setup fee for eligible businesses. The guided options show their implementation separately; milestones and terms are confirmed in the proposal.

Do I need a card to try it?

No. The trial lasts 7 days and needs no card. You pay only if you decide to connect Atención Pack.

What happens when the 7 days end?

If you decide not to continue, the trial agent is paused. Data handling and deletion follow the periods and procedures published in our privacy policy.

Can I start the 7-day trial from another country?

Not yet. Setting it up on your own is only available for businesses in Colombia, outside healthcare, legal, financial, collections and services aimed at minors. Elsewhere in Latin America and Spain we work with a guided setup and a USD price list.

Can I change plans?

Yes. You ask for the change, we review it with you based on your operation and agree on when it applies.

What happens to my setup if I change?

It stays. Your agent, your number and the conversation history remain the same.

What if I need something Atención Pack doesn’t cover?

We evaluate the scope with you. Seguimiento Pack adds CRM, follow-up and scheduling; Impulso Pack adds campaign management. Ad spend and creative production are quoted separately.

Does the price include Meta’s fees?

For Atención Pack, when you set it up yourself: Your monthly fee includes WhatsApp usage. If your usage goes beyond the range planned for your plan, we pause the agent and let you know. For guided proposals we confirm WhatsApp and AI usage, limits and third-party charges before you sign.

Can I cancel?

Your plan continues month to month. If you don’t want to continue, give us 30 days’ notice and there is no penalty.
